Morgans Point Development Company Limited (MPDC) is a purpose-built, government-owned development company established by the Morgan’s Point Development Company Act 2022 to lead the strategic redevelopment of the Morgan’s Point site in Bermuda. 

Our core mission is to acquire, develop and responsibly manage land at Morgan’s Point and other associated properties, transforming them into economically sustainable and community-enhancing assets.

Founded under Bermudian law and governed by an experienced board of directors, MPDC adheres to principles of sound corporate governance, transparency, and public accountability.
